Hotel staff were brilliant. Super helpful and kids club - the staff are amazing. They did foam parties for the kids, tshirt designing and friendship bracelet making, face painting etc. Glow/neon disco parties for kids on evening, acrobatics show etc - such great entertainment. The pool area is perfect , plenty of sunbeds and also cabanas available! A pool bar that serves food, ice cream and cocktails :) super convenient. We loved the breakfast - it was superb and as a coeliac myself, there was a whole section and toaster dedicated to gluten free breakfast items which was brilliant! The food in the bar downstairs was great and we ate here a few times for lunch - very convenient. Size of room for 2 adults and 1 child was brilliant. Shower was great in the room! The hotel is a couple of mins walk to the beach, which is stunning - soft white sand, shallow crystal clear waters - the beach is clean, plenty of sun beds available which are €9 per day for 2. Plenty of supermarkets nearby within 1 min walk of hotel - everything you need. We did Bed & Breakfast so ate out each evening and we got a taxi to the Port Alcudia or Old Town - both were super. Highly recommend Pippins on the beach for sushi (Thur-Sun) and in the Old Town Bistrot 1909 for amazing tapas and Sa Caseta for the best pizza I've ever had (incl. gluten free pizza and beer!).

2nd time here - booked as love the rooms. The rooms - solarium pool view are my favourite rooms of anywhere we stay. So well laid out! Lots of mirrors and storage, comfy beds, sunbeds on the patio, great shower, kept very clean, love the robes, slippers, yoga mat, coffee machine, kettle, old style phone, hairdryer, fridge, microwave… just really like a cool flat! Key is now wrist band which is really handy Food great - loads of choice Vibe is brilliant so pretty and funky and cool Close walk to the beach which is gorgeous Easy walk to the pine walk to the harbour Fun activities for kids (although we did the pool run as adults and had a laugh) but not over the top, all the time.

All staff so friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was actually a suite! Which was a lovely surprise ! Great having fridge and microwave, really useful. The bed was so very comfortable, 11/10 The air conditioning was lovely and helped get a great nights’ sleep We had an electrics issue when we first arrived as wall plug sockets were not functioning; we reported this to reception and then went to enjoy the pool and when we returned to our room it was all fixed 😃 The hotel grounds, pool and pool area and relaxation areas were lovely and beautifully maintained. The animal statues provided lots of interest and fun for our 18 month old granddaughter The breakfast buffet choice was superb! Something for everyone from super healthy to indulgent! We had a lovely sea and mountain view from our room on the 6th floor. The hotel restaurant’s Mazcalone? Food was good.

Great beds, pillows, cleanliness, and very attentive staff. The bathroom is of good size. Perfect breakfast and dinner, plenty of options, variety of meats, fishes, fruits, pastas, cheeses, vegetables, etc. Thumb up. The swimming pool is of good size, sun beds were always available. They provide towels for bathing and you can take it to the beachtoo. We received free water every day during the cleaning. Lot of resting places within hotel, even with beds and pillows. Easy check-in and check-out.

The space of the hotel was nice, even for a big hotel. Towels provided sets of 2 and 2 small bottles of water were provided every day. Rooms are soundproof. I didn't hear a thing. Pool lovely and plenty of sunbeds and small bit entertainment.
